Web Changes and other news.This is where we'll announce the most recent additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's changed, take a look here first. 01/31/2002 Seasons first snowstorm. 12" of heavy wet snow came down in 12 hours and than it drizzled on and off all day making the snow even heavier. The good part, We were done cleaning up 12 hours after it stopped snowing. The bad part, The phones overloaded by 7:00 a.m. and a few customers were upset. 01/16/2002 Seasons first snowfall. 2" of wet snow came down in a few hours and than quickly turned to ice. The good part, We were done cleaning up 6 hours after it stopped snowing. The bad part, Some customers had no snow at all an others had 2"of ice by 9:00 p.m. January, 06 2002 Winter poll; Will we get any snow this year? Have other winters been this uneventful in our area? Are we likely to get hit by a blizzard this year? November 24 2001 We have added "The Weather Channel" to our site. August, 17 2001 letters are out to our existing customers and the response is good, website is up and running. August, 05 2001 Here comes another hot couple a days. and customers are calling for estimates. August, 02 2001 Festival Snowplowers is looking for drivers and helpers for the upcoming winter season.
